If you have red cheeks, than you probably have a rosy-toned skin. In that case opt for cooler shades of pink (without any yellow, brown or gold in it). If you want to wear red lipstick, choose a blue red shade, instead of an orangy shade. Stay away from brick and terracotta tones! If you have yellow toned skin, do exactly the inverse.

Guessing you are a ';winter'; in color seasons, meaning you have a cool tones complexion with blue undertones. You would need to avoid anything with an orange tint and stick with cool pinks and reds. Red might be a good bet but make sure it is a true, cool toned red.
i have pale skin, dark hair, red cheeks and green eyes, so i'm kind of in the same boat! most sheer colors, peach especially, would look amazing, but if you're looking for something more dramatic, go for a deep plum or red. hope all goes well!

well.....deep red, or peach could be nice.....i also have pale skin and dark hair. I like to wear deep plum colour, or pink, but not pale pink.
