Judging by your description and avatar I would suggest a peachy base. It also depends on what KIND of smokey eye you are doing. Some people do a smokey eye using different Blacks, or Browns, or Greys, or Deep Plums, Or even Deep Navy Blues.


Blacks, Browns, and Plums = peachy/ warm base


Greys, and Deep Blues = Pinky/ cold base


Since you are VERY fair skined - Compliment and warm your skin tone with a PEACH BASE

Probably peach based because it will look more natural. Make sure you get a really light color if your skin is very fair. Or you could put foundation on your lips with ultra smoky eyes...
