I would think that the best eye shadow to use with maroon lips is grey tones. You are already using a strong color on the lips, so you just want to accent the eyes. As for olive green, as in clothing? If olive green outfit, you'd probably want to stay with a neutral or natural shade of lipstick. Hope this helps.

The best rule of thumb to use when applying cosmetics is choosing one area to ';pop';.
